Web app · Real-time sync · AR glasses

One platform, every device

ARBoard runs as a web app on standard PCs and, for hands-free work, on augmented reality glasses. Every device connected to the session is synchronized in real time.

How it works
01

Upload your project

Import BOM, schematics, and layout files. ARBoard processes them and builds a digital representation of your board. Data stays on your network, secure.

02

Open the web app

Browse layout, schematics, components and traces from the browser, on any PC. If you prefer hands-free work, put on the AR glasses: the same information is overlaid on the physical board.

03

Analyze and take action

Choose your mode (Component, Net, Assembly, Repair, or AI) and operate with precision. The assistant is always available for project-specific questions.

The platform in action

Five operating modes, one unified interface

Component Mode

Component Mode

Locate any component in seconds. Visual highlight of pins and related connections directly on the board.

Net Mode

Net Mode

Trace every circuit net with visual highlighting of routes and connected components.

Assembly Mode

Assembly Mode

Step-by-step assembly guidance. Confirmed components disappear from the list, eliminating duplicate placement errors.

Repair Mode

Repair Mode

Intelligent diagnosis based on repair history: each component is color-coded by its fault probability per Test ID.

AI Agent

AI Agent

Ask by voice or from the web app. It answers about components, nets, procedures and repair history, always contextualized on your project.

3D visualization

When the board's STEP file is available, ARBoard reconstructs its three-dimensional model: rotate the board, inspect components and nets, and work in the same operating modes, now in 3D.

Component 3D

Component 3D

Component mode on the 3D model: select a component and see its pins and connected nets highlighted on the reconstructed board in full volume.

Repair 3D

Repair 3D

Repair mode in 3D: fault probabilities and critical components highlighted directly on the board's three-dimensional model.

Sync and remote support

Multiple devices, one shared session

Each ARBoard instance can operate fully independently, but when needed multiple devices can be joined into a shared session: every selection, mode change, or action propagates instantly across all connected devices. A remote operator on a PC can highlight components and signals on the screen, or on the AR glasses, of the technician at the bench: unambiguous remote technical support.

ARBoard is the only PCB work assistance tool in the world to offer real-time synchronization across all devices connected to a session.

Two ARBoard operators joined in the same session, synchronized in real time
Collaborative assistance

When an operator needs a hand they can request assistance straight from the app: a more senior colleague from the same organization gets notified, claims the request and joins the same session, with an integrated chat to communicate without external tools.

Request assistance

Request assistance

From the integrated chat the operator at the bench asks a colleague for help in one click, describes the problem and sets its priority, without leaving ARBoard.

Notification & queue

Notification & queue

Senior colleagues in the same organization get a notification. Opening it they see the request queue, with priority and problem details, and claim the request to join the session in one click.

Collaborate in session

Collaborate in session

The expert colleague joins the same session, highlights the suspect components directly on the board and guides the operator to the fix through the integrated chat, with no third-party software.

AR glasses in action

The glasses are semi-transparent: the operator sees the physical board and the real world, with ARBoard information overlaid in real time.

AR Environment

AR Environment

The AR workspace displays schematic, layout and AI panel as synchronized floating windows, navigable with gestures.

Component Mode

Component Mode

Instant highlight of the selected component directly on the physical board, with related pins and connections marked.

Net Mode

Net Mode

The selected net is visually traced on the board with all connected components highlighted.

Assembly Mode

Assembly Mode

Step-by-step assembly guidance: confirmed components disappear from the list in real time.

The AI panel is always accessible in the AR environment with a gesture, ready to answer voice questions.

Security & Privacy

100% local, zero data exposure

ARBoard runs entirely on premises: application, database and AI models included. No design, repair or test data ever leaves your company network. Ideal for classified environments, isolated networks and companies with data sovereignty policies.
