This notice describes how personal data of visitors to this website is processed, pursuant to arts. 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

Browsing and cookies

This site is an informational showcase: it uses no cookies of any kind, embeds no third-party widgets and contains no data collection forms. To measure visits in aggregate, anonymous form it uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a tool that sets no cookies and does not profile visitors; for this purpose a small script is loaded from the Cloudflare domain (static.cloudflareinsights.com). All other site resources (fonts, graphics, code) are served directly from our domain. The hosting provider that serves the site may record technical logs (e.g. IP addresses) needed for the operation and security of the service, on the basis of legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Data you provide to us

If you write to us by email or book a demo, we process the data you share (name, email address, company and message content) for the sole purpose of replying and handling your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR, pre-contractual measures). Data is kept for the time needed to handle the request and any subsequent relationship, is not transferred to third parties and is not used for marketing purposes without your consent. We perform no profiling or automated decision-making.

Demo booking and third-party services

Demo bookings are handled through an external link to Calendly LLC (USA), which processes data according to its own privacy notice. Calendly adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and applies Standard Contractual Clauses: any transfer of data to the United States therefore takes place on the basis of adequate safeguards pursuant to arts. 45 and 46 GDPR. The site also contains a link to our LinkedIn page; opening it is subject to LinkedIn's own privacy notice.

Your rights

You may exercise at any time the rights provided by arts. 15–22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) by writing to info@arboard.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (for Italy: www.garanteprivacy.it). Any updates to this notice will be published on this page.
